Refund Policy for Memberships & Programs:
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

Refund requests must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, or fewer.
Once you are refunded, you will immediately lose access to the products related to your refund.
Digital Products:
All of our digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link or directly to your account portal, which you can access by logging in to the Cryptofluency.io website.
After the purchase is completed, you will receive instant access to your digital product(s) via the email address provided during checkout and your login.
We do not provide refunds for the purchase of digital products once they are downloaded, including e-books, e-workbooks, and e-resources like templates or worksheets.
Refund Policy for Event Tickets:
Event tickets are eligible for refunds according to the following schedule:
– 50% refund if requested between 7 and 30 days prior to the event date.
– No refunds are given for requests made within one week (7 days) prior to the event date.

Refund requests for event tickets must be made within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
Refund Policy for Services:
We do not provide refunds for services such as consulting, speaking engagements, and mentorship once those services have been delivered.

Refunds for services may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and nature of the service provided.
